Biodiversity, climate policy & sustainable infrastructure
Graham Watkins is the principal of Watkins Advisory, a research and advisory practice working at the intersection of development economics, natural resource governance, and the green transition. He spent more than a decade at the Inter-American Development Bank, where he led climate policy and finance across Latin America and the Caribbean, helping triple climate finance flows over 10 years. Before the IDB, he led institutions in the Galápagos and Guyana, bridging conservation science with governance reform at the country level.
